IT’S FALL Y’ALL

Hiiiiiii everyoneeeee! I guess it’s been a while hasn’t it. Welcome back! Happy Monday! Happy October! Happy Fall! (Nothing very extraordinary has been going on so this is gonna be more of a brain dump) Buckle in!

I’ve just been the busiest little bee since class started back at the end of August. I’m taking 21 credit hours, interning 3 days a week, and serving at my sweet little restaurant on the weekends. Plus I’m interviewing at a couple places in hopes of scoring a second job this week. And boy oh boy, am I exhausted! I always do better when I’m on a tight schedule, so I don’t have time to sit around and be sad, but this may be a wee much.

Fall in New York is in full swing. It’s chilly as hell. Normally I’m not too excited about it getting cold, but just to add a fun little kick, I accidentally left all of my big warm puffer coats in my storage unit in the middle of nowhere Brooklyn so until I can go back my options are layer up or freeze my little booty cheeks off. (I’m anemic so, unfortunately option two has been the vibe as of recent) I’ve been making myself hot chocolate at least once a day to try and get in the cold weather spirit. (It’s working) If a hot ass cup of sugar can’t get me excited, nothing can. I stand by that. I’ve had three separate random illnesses in the last two weeks. My immune system is just about as good as a wet rat’s. No covid though!!! Woohoo!

I think I’ve decided I want to get absolutely jacket so that’s exciting I guess. I bought full blown gym bro protein powder off Amazon and it came int he mail today. I am quite intimidated I must say. But, I think this will be fun for me. I bleached my eyebrows. Then two weeks later, I dyed them back. It was fun while it lasted, but the salt and pepper look was not cute.

Ummmmm what else what else….

PARIS! T minus 3 months?? That’s bananas. I am so goddamn excited I could cry. I’ve been really stressed about money, because I won’t be able to work while I’m there. Sad face. So I need to be like raking in cash right now, which isn’t exactly the case. I’ll cut to the verdict. I’m poor. Ok. There I said it. Hopefully my (possible) second job will solve all my problems. Wouldn’t that be nice.

Anyways, that’s pretty much all that’s new with me.
